It's hard to run with the group and feel like I am sooo slow and out of shape.  I know I just need to be more consistant with my outdoor running.

I met the group at Bingham.  We warmed up and did some hill sprints on the hill behind Bingham.  Then we did 2 x 2 mile repeats and cooled down back to the cars. 

I remember when those 2 miles felt much easier and the pace was a lot faster.  I ran the repeats at about an 8:00 average, but I was breathing way too hard.

The Riverton 1/2 next week is going to be a slow one.

I met Lisa at her house.  We ran a pretty consistant pace.  I was very proud of myself for not walking even though I wanted to.  Average pace was around 9:00, but that included waiting at few lights.

I met Lisa, Cheris, Michelle M. and Rachel at the District.  We ran up to Daybreak, over to 10200 and looped around back to the cars.  It was a good run.  The weather was perfect in the mid 40's.  I'm still slow, but I know I'll start to see improvement. 

Taylor ran the 1500 last night for the first time in 4:57.  I wish I could have been there to watch her.  Today she runs the 800 and 4x4.  Go Taylor.

I had the day off work, so I met Lisa for a run.  We ran 6 miles from the high school.  I came home and ran another 3 miles.  9 miles is longest run in months.  After the kids left for school, I did the P90X stretch video.  My hamstrings and butt feel so tight when I run.  I really think my running would improve if I stretched more often.
