I ran on the treadmill at work. It was hard, but not full out effort.
Ran/walked on the treadmill at work.
I ran on the treadmill at work. I warmed up slowly for the first mile. Then for the next 6 miles I continually set the pace faster every minute for 20 minutes, then repeated that pattern. It was a tough run.
