Woke up feeling sick.  6 treadmill miles at home with the step aerobics block under the back.  I didn't know it at the time, but when I leveled later it may have been close to a -7% decline.  Pace was between 9:30 - 8:00 mm.  My hips were pretty sore for two day after this.

Met Cheris, Michelle M. and Andy at the Wrangler trailhead in Sandy to run the Dimple Dell trail.  We started up a steep hill on the east side and finished on a steep hill on the west side. A lot of running on wood chips and sand.  It was fun to run somewhere new.  Average pace 10:34.
