Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot. I got there early and ran 1.5 miles. Then I ran another 3.5 easy miles with the early group. For the main workout, we started at the bottom of the hill by the cemetary. We ran up the hill, around the cemetary and then recovered on the downhill 5 times. Then we did it 5 times in reverse. We ran easy back to the cars and then finished with a 1.5 mile tempo run. Average pace for the last 7 miles was 7:58. |
