I couldn't get myself  out of bed this morning to run with the group.  I ran my usual 10 mile route by myself.  I felt great.   Average pace 8:53.  I wasn't tired or sore from the 20 miler Saturday.  I can't decide how much of a taper I should do for Hobblecreek.  I really want to do well there.

You are going to kick some BOOTY!!! I am so excited. You looked great on the sprints up the hill this morning. You're awesome! Now if we don't have to find a bush in someones front yard...Ha,ha.

Thanks Michelle. I can't believe how much faster you get each time I run with you. You should bring some pom poms to the race. You can cheer me on when I finish. You'll be there way before me. You did great today.
