We started at Dimple Dell and ran South to 12300 and up to Wasatch Blvd.  We ran out 8.5 and back.  The first half just flew by.  I felt tired the last few miles, but it was good.  My stomach really started to hurt when I finished.  It was upset most of the day.  I may have let myself get dehydrated.  I carried 2 gatorades and 2 waters, but didn't drink much of the 2nd water.  I also had a gu at mile six.  Average pace 8:51.

You were probably dehydrated. On Friday when I ran after my long bike ride I started feeling very tired and sick to my stomach. I think the heat will do that to you.
