Met the BBK's at the church off of 2200 W. and 9800 S. We warmed up for about 3 miles with an average pace of 9:07. Then we ran up to 4800 W. and back. I felt really good today. I ran mostly with Jody, Kelli and Michelle P. They were great. There is no way I could have pushed myself that hard on my own. My splits for the 7 miles were 8:23, 8:30, 8:25, 8:06, 7:17, 7:22, and 7:32. Average for 7 miles 7:57.

Julie you were smokin' fast today! I love running with the group for the same reason! I know my runs wouldn't be as fast or as consistent without all of you pushing me.

Good odea to restart your Garmin for the workout!

Thanks for pulling me along today. It was tough, but we finished and we could still breathe and we were upright!

Glad to hear you felt GREAT!!!

I can't even imagine going that fast on that course.

Awesome Job! I was dying and you made the run look like a walk in the park. I could tell you felt good. Thank you for waiting for me- I never would have finished without you guys.
