Jerry and I ran up Corner Canyon. We thought it would be good training for our Ragnar legs. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The views from the top were amazing. At mile 4.6 my right knee started to really bug me. I turned around and ran back. I could tell I was really braking on the down hill. My hips were so sore on Monday. I liked this run. I'm sure I will be doing it again. |
