I met the BBK's at Parkway Palisades.  We warmed up for about 3.5 miles.  Then we ran a hard one mile up and down the big PP hill with a recovery on the flat.  Then we did a 3 mile tempo.  I really wanted to slow down but Cheris was great and wouldn't let me.  It was so hard.  After a short recovery,  I ran one more fast mile then ran slow back to my car.  My upper body was sore from pushing on all the uphills.  I was so tired all day.  I  took a short nap after work and then I felt much better.  Average pace 8:28.

I was sitting here reading your entry thinking you were talking about today!!! I was confused and thinking we must not have been doing the same run!

THANKS for running with me today and all of my negative energy. I need to get used to getting up early again so I will not be so grumpy. But, you did great, I could not have kept up for anything today!
