Ran from PVMS to my parents to poop then to PVHS. I thought some kids would be there. I guessed wrong. My plan was to run with the team then run home so with no team I just cruised towards Bloomington. Kept it right at 8 minute miles. Way too many damn bikers were out and about. 10.8 miles

PM- Green Springs with boys. The outside of my foot was hurting so I had to stop and stretch it out. 4 race pace striders. 5.47 miles 

PM2- Ran with Marieta to visit Ava. 2.06 miles
