AM- Weights and 15 minute with boys. Girls took advantage of the icy field and wrote their names on it. 3.58 miles
PM- Track workout with the girls after warming up with the boys, yeah I'm versatile like that. Did sets of 3 minute intervals with 2 minute recovery. 1. 1 minute vo2, 2 minute race. 2. 3 minute race with a solid push. 3. 3 minute race with solid push. 4. 2 at race with last minute vo2. I felt pretty good. Pushed from back to the front on each interval. Girls ran well, even without Brook's leadership. Cool down. 6.62 miles
PM2- Added 2 with Marieta in the hood. 2.20 miles
