AM- A little on my own and a little after weights. 3.06 miles
PM- Almost threw up running out to Schnobe Kibe. 4.64 miles
4 min at 5k pace with Isaac and G-Money. Then I added with Marieta. 10.58 miles
AM- Ran from my house to my parents. I'm still feeling some IT pain so I am taking it a little slower this week.Saw a coyote by Tonaquint. 9.15 miles
PM- Mile from my parents. Then kick it with the top guys. Then mile back to my parents. I pushed to run with the top guys on a windy day. 8.09
AM- Slept in a little and got out and did my 2 mile loop around the hood. 2.06 miles
PM- Ran the state course with boys. 5.66 miles
AM- Negative split run in Draper.
