Ran the Arctic Circle run this morning from my house. 3 miler.

After School practice- Baker told me that we were running a 6 miler after school but that wasn't the case. We ran 5 800's instead, I ran pretty well I guess. Before the 3rd one I didn't cool down at all and paid the price in my time. Then I ran a 1 1/2 mile cool down with Ellsworth.

1st 800: 2.43,  2nd 800: 2.48,  3rd 800: 3.01,  4th 800: 2.56,  5th 800: 2.49

Afternoon Practice- We ran 5 Sunrise hills today. I felt like I did real well today. I prepared a lot today by drinking a lot of water before and it really helped.

1st hill: 2.17,  2nd hill: 2.14, 3rd hill: 2.19, 4th hill: 2.14, 5th hill: 2.08

Morning Practice- I started running at about 6:07 this morning. I ran from my house and did the Arctic Circle run. I like running by myself in the morning in the dark, I stay more relaxed and think about a lot of things.

 

Afternoon Practice- I thought we were going to do Anarobic Threshold but once I again things changed. We just did an easy run out to the church in Washington. I ran with Jeff most of the way and the last mile I pushed a little harder. I think I have gotten to the point in the season where I feel in shape, but still need to build on it and get a lot faster.

Easy 5 miler mall run today. I ran by Zac, Monty, Kimzey, Baker, and Ruth most of the time. I stopped by Millcreek to get water from Holt. I was dying right before I got to the water, so the water was very nice. I was starting to feel sick near the end of the run, but it was an easy day so its all good.
