Parked at the church on 500 N and ran up to Owens Loop then connected to city creek. The weather was perfect! I should have stayed on the trail longer. Ran down bluff to diagonal and mixed in some tempo. Did a 6:37 mile then a 6:26. My Loop only ended up being 6 miles so I added some more around Diagonal. 9.06 miles
AM- Easy 4 with Marieta by the river. Slow start to week but I think I'll make up for it this weekend. 4 miles
PM- Ran lower Secret Sauce to Upper then repeated the loop until I hopped onto Claim Jumper. I was having a blast until a ton of bikers kept on popping up and slowing my momentum. 10.25 miles
AM- Started at the trail behind the Post Office. Ran up towards the new trail with boardwalks that connects to Sullivan. Then back towards Lin's. I tried to connect a dirt trail to the paved one in the Springs. It got a little sandy. Good run! I enjoyed the diversity and even feeling tired from yesterday. 10.01 miles
PM- Sugar Leo and river trail loop in the wind with Marieta. 3.07 miles
Ran 6ish with Marieta then met up at a park with a track to race my brother in laws. One of my brother in laws was like a 4:30 miler in high school but that was years ago. So we raced a mile. I let him go out hard thinking he would die out. I passed him in the last quarter and ran a 5:56 (there was some crazy head wind). Then I added 8 miles around the streets of Vegas. 15.47 miles
