After going on a hike with Marieta I had some extra energy. I also wanted to test my knee. Ran a quick Bloomington Loop with no knee pain. 3.12 miles
AM- Ran the new trail into the Springs with Marieta. 3.25 miles
PM- Progression run from my house to the Post Office. 7:51, 7:32, 7:15, and 6:42 were my first 4 miles. 5.34 miles
AM- Mayors Loop with Marieta. Saw some familiar faces. Knee pain has circled back to make my runs less fun. I added 2 after we got home. 7.14 miles
PM- Went out past Navajo road and climbed a bunch of ridges. Significantly less knee pain. 5.01 miles
AM- Ran through some desert at around 9:30. I need to commit to those earlier runs. Felt pretty good. 7.06 miles
PM- Tin Pusher in the dark with Marieta, George and Star. 3.82 miles
AM- 10 200s with Derek and Aaron. Clinton was with us for the warm up. I felt a little faster on the 200s. 7.73 miles
PM- Bloomington with Marieta. 3.50 miles
Ran some of VRRT up Lars Fork with Marieta. I added 3 miles down Lars while Marieta drive the ATV. 7.12 miles
Navajo Lake Loop Trail with Marieta. I did 6 with her then ran on the main road to retrieve our car to pick her up. Once we got back to the cabin I added 3 more. Legs feel hammered. 12.10 miles
