Tested out a new pair of Bondis. They were really comfortable! Ran 4 1000s with Brinley on the track. 4:01, 4:07, 4:07, 4:05. She ran really consistent. I was glad I could help out. Dave ran with her on her 5th 1000. Then I ran the last 400 of Bentley's 800. Same deal with Pyper after that. Cold run today. 6.87 miles
