AM- Weights plus running on my own and with the girls. 4 miles 

PM- Warm with Ben then track work with the kids. The kids were running different intervals at goal race pace so I didn't think I would be able to hang. 

-400 with Brianna and Emma. 

-600 with Brinley

-600 with Brinley

-400 with Allen

-400 with Brooklyn

-400 with Pyper

-100 with girls as they wrapped up their fast 200. 

This workout really tested me. 

Cool with girls and Dave. Adri got a charley horse. 6.34 miles
