AM- 65 with 20 minute tempo. 6 of the girls were able to pack together pretty well. I felt good. Car Wash after the run. 8.36 miles 

PM- Ran to George's to steal some jalapeños. I was just going to run home but I added 4 more miles with jalapeños in my hand. 5.19 miles
