AM- Ran up past Alta High on E 1100 S and turned on a random road. I decided to pick up my pace significantly after 5 miles. I planned to run 10 miles at a tempoish pace but then I ran into Dave on a paved trail at around 10.50 miles. I decided to call an audible and run with him. 16.23 miles/7:31 mile pace

AM/PM- Zipping around the Border War course cheering on the kids. I got around quite a bit. Kids had some great performances. 4.78 miles
