AM- I knew I would benefit from getting a little something before a workout. 1.44 miles
PM- 400s with the girls after warm and strides. The 400s were faster than race pace. The paces weren't as important as pushing as a pack (especially for the later 400s). The kids didn't know how many they were going to be running. They handled the workout really well. I pushed with top girls. Good workout for me. Great to see our top 6-8 girls pushing strong together. 7.60 miles
