Started at the Dixie Center and headed into the Springs. Dave and I ran with the boys and Jason with the girls. I had to stop on two different occasions to loosen my shoes, if I don't my calves and shins hurt. Mixed in mainly with Coleman and Porter. Once we flipped for the negative split I had a hard time moving with the boys. My legs felt so heavy, from what I'm not sure. So then I stopped and stretched and finished with the girls. Extended with Brinley and Brooke. 10.1 miles
