AM- Great morning run! Bryan found a sloth (porcupine)! Then ran a decent negative split with the top boys. Added 2 more with Ross by Staheli Fatm. Plus all the haze! Perfect Saturday run! 12.02 miles
PM- Got dropped off at the top of Snow Canyon and ran down to the entrance with Marieta, Star, and George. George and I left the wives after a mile and did 2 tempo miles before chilling (6:33 and 6:11). Then we ran a little on the Padre Canyon connector trail while waiting for Marieta and Star. 5.39 miles
