Warm, tempo on track, 200s, and cool. I stuck with the biggest girls group for 10-12 of their minutes 18-20 minute tempo. We got rained and hailed on. It might have been snowing a little too. Then I did 4 200s with Alli and Scottie. The cool down was the worst because everything was soaked. I still enjoy days like this. 7.27 miles
