| | Weights and 15 minutes in the morning. 1.6 miles
15 minute warm and then 1500 time trial. I honestly did lots better than I thought I would. I ran 5:18 somethin. Not the best but a good start. My hamstrings felt fine during the race but tightened up real bad after. Did an 800 at cv pace and then cooled down. 33 minutes total. 4.35 miles total

| | 80 minutes//9.2 miles. to the hospital, over the hill and back to sunrise and back to the high school. It was a good run! Longest one in a long time! I didn't do the pickups cuz they were all up hill and it hurts to go up hill

| | 65 minutes//8 miles. 10 min warm, 5 tempo, 2x1200's, 2x(2x400 and 1x600). Cool and striders. Good workout! It went really well and I felt good :)
20 minutes//2.25 miles. I was late to practice cuz I had to finish a math test. It was a good run.

| | 20 minute warm and the 3200. I did pretty good considering I have done a total of 2 workouts in the last little bit. I ran an 11:55ish (idk the Exact time). I was real nervous to start out too strong, I should have definitely pushed the 2nd and 3rd lap just a little more. 35 minute cool and striders.

| | 50 minutes//5.85 miles. Our resort is on this giant hill and we ran down it. That was the fun part, running up the hill was sooo hard! But it was real fun. My dad tripped on a speed bump. It was fun! There is bathrobes and I LOVE them!!

| | Me Ellie and Addi did our workout in the boardwalk in Oceanside. It was hard to judge by distance so we judge by minutes instead. 4x4 min 1x2:22 min and 1x1:35. It was pretty good, except the first one was a little slow for me cuz I had to go to the bathroom soooo bad. Warmed 15 and cooled to 60 cuz the bakers were hitting the road.

| | We were supposed to go to California adventure today but I got sick in the middle of the night and threw up a bunch of times. My family was kind enough to push Disney til tomorrow. I slept for 7 hours and my mom wouldn't let me run. Who knows if I'll fall asleep tonight

Pm- 10 warm, 5 tempo and then 4x1200's. I got off to a really bad start on the first repeat. I didn't even keep up with the girls for a 200. I finished at 4:55 and was about 15 seconds behind. The second was about the same. The third one though, I relaxed and krenny jumped in with me about 500 meters in. I was like 50 meters behind everyone and he helped me catch backup. I finished with the girls, and decided to do one more repeat. I stuck in the whole time. Thank heavens for krenny, or I probably would have stopped after 3. Sometimes I guess i need a little shove on my back or a person to keep me focused, cuz after that I felt a lot better. I don't think I have ever started a workout feeling crappy, and come out on the other side and feeling good. Just proves I can do harder things than I realize. 65 minutes//7.75 miles

Pm- 55 minutes. 20 minute warm, 1600, 10 minute cool. Then chilled, then 15 minute warm, 4x800, 5 min cool
The 1600 was alright, definitely not my best, but it was fine. I ran a 5:33. My last couple laps felt pretty good. The 800 was not very good at all. I felt like I was going so fast, but I was not. I dont know what my split was

| | Yay for state qualifying in the 3200. I ran a 11:41 I felt pretty good about it, but I need to work on the beginning mile. It took me a little to start going. It was fun. I threw up.

65 minutes/7.6 miles. Warmed to youngster hills and did 3x85 second hills. I felt way good! Then we had 4x800 at CV pace. It was a real good workout for me! I was responding andgot up there in the lead! I felt great. My quads are sore probably from liftingg

Pm- 45 total. 40 minute run//5 miles. and the 6xstriders. Real good run! My legs felt awesome. Then me ad jada practiced some handoffs for the 200 in the medley inside cuz stupid lightning.

Pm- 15 warm and then the 1600. I felt a lot better about the 1600 this week. I ran the same time tho cuz it was windy, but I felt good! I ran a 5:33. My legs felt like they were actually pushing and I surged most of the surge zones the first 2 laps, and then I forgot till the last one. I need to practice running looser so that i stay loose in races, and also running on my toes. Cooled 25 minutes with the girls.
Me and jada practiced some handoffs and me and Jace. Warmed up 15 more minutes for the medley cuz it was FREEEEEEEEZING! then we raced. Mine and jadas handoff was alright, I think I was going too slow at the start cuz jada caught up real quick, but now I know for next time. The 200 is weird but kinda fun!
