Am- weights and 15 minutes//1.75 miles
Pm- 10 warm, 5 tempo and then 4x1200's. I got off to a really bad start on the first repeat. I didn't even keep up with the girls for a 200. I finished at 4:55 and was about 15 seconds behind. The second was about the same. The third one though, I relaxed and krenny jumped in with me about 500 meters in. I was like 50 meters behind everyone and he helped me catch backup. I finished with the girls, and decided to do one more repeat. I stuck in the whole time. Thank heavens for krenny, or I probably would have stopped after 3. Sometimes I guess i need a little shove on my back or a person to keep me focused, cuz after that I felt a lot better. I don't think I have ever started a workout feeling crappy, and come out on the other side and feeling good. Just proves I can do harder things than I realize. 65 minutes//7.75 miles
