| | 70 minutes on mustang pass with El, Ad, Ry and Macey and coach Holt and Twix. It was a very very long run up some large hills but I made it alive. If we were going any faster Up them I might have died (jk). But it turned out ok and then I added 9 more minutes with addi and Rylee. Then I had to go to the bathroom so I just finished and went home. Then it bothered me that I left it at 69, so I added a minute.

| | 40 minutes total. I ran with Ellie and it was swell! We ran a round the mountain and then ran some on the grass which took 35 minutes. and then we had striders.

| | 50 minutes with Addi, Rylee, Jess, Jacey, Nessa, Martha and Alli June. Martha planned a surprise run for Adelias bday with breakfast at kneaders after. We ran turtle trail and that was a blast. I love that trail. Then We ate kneaders and that was yum also. 'Twas a fun morning. And HAPY BDAY TO ADDI! Now she can date at drive :)

| | 20 minute warmup around DI. (2.36) and then the 6 minute test. I didn't feel my best, but I'll get there. My hamstrings were way tight again and they really hurt. I got 1590 and then 19 minute cool (2.18). 45 minutes total and 5.5 miles.

| | I did the whole workout today. 10 warm, 5 tempo. 2 sets of 4x400 and 800 all with equal recovery. I felt real good the first set. After the 800, my legs kinda tightened up but got looser as we started again. At the end of the last 800 they tightened a TON!! I didn't do the striders at the end and just cooled for a while. We'all see how they feel tomorrow. Oh I hope the loosen up. I iced and rolled and rolled and rolled some more. I dont know what else to do. 65 minutes total.

The second was about the same. The third one though, I relaxed and krenny jumped in with me about 500 meters in. I was like 50 meters behind everyone and he helped me catch backup. I finished with the girls, and decided to do one more repeat. I stuck in the whole time. Thank heavens for krenny, or I probably would have stopped after 3. Sometimes I guess i need a little shove on my back or a person to keep me focused, cuz after that I felt a lot better. I don't think I have ever started a workout feeling crappy, and come out on the other side and feeling good. Just proves I can do harder things than I realize. 65 minutes//7.75 miles

I need to practice running looser so that i stay loose in races, and also running on my toes. Cooled 25 minutes with the girls.
Me and jada practiced some handoffs and me and Jace. Warmed up 15 more minutes for the medley cuz it was FREEEEEEEEZING! then we raced. Mine and jadas handoff was alright, I think I was going too slow at the start cuz jada caught up real quick, but now I know for next time. The 200 is weird but kinda fun!

I gave a good push up the hill and it felt pretty good! My last mile was a struggle today. I do really good keeping up the pace until the last mile. I really need to work on that when I run alone. I do fine when I'm with people, but alone is so much harder.

Ran down the road with the stake center, out passed george Washington and turned on 2450. Then I looped down by maverick and summit and back to my house. It was a very good run and I felt awesome. | | Enterprise 10k today. we thought it started at 7 cuz thats when it has started for the last like 20 years, but they decided to change it to 6:30 and we didnt find that out til we left. So my dad drove like a maniac to enterprise and we were out of gas. Normally you have to ride a bus to the start, but the buses left at 6:00 and it was 6:25. Martha had our bibs ready for us and we drove to the start and literally the second we got out of the car they shot the guns and we ran. Its a sad day when you 1) dont warm up 2) have to go the bathroom very bad cuz you didnt get to go 3) you stop to go to the bathroom in the middle of a race 4) are only tempoing 5) and still beat the bext girl by minutes. It was a good time. Fun fact. Out of the 4 overall trophies, 3 of them are at my house. The other one is at Carsons. Overall Time was 44:16.0

| | Met at 8:30 and ran. My hamstrings we pretty tight but I iced and they feel much better. Ran very fast today but it felt good! We have our progression run tomorrow and hopefully I do good and get to go to camp!

| | Progression run in la manana. It was less scary than I thought. I also made it farther than I thought. So we started with 3 laps at 9:00 pace, 1.25ish at 8:00 pace around the block and then 3 laps at 7:00 pace. Then you get into the progressions. 4 laps at 6:30, 4 laps at 6:20 and 4 laps at 6:10. Then 3 descending laps and an all out mile. We had to pass 2 progressions and 3 laps and I got all 3 progressions. So that's good. I got 10th out of everyone but 3 girls in front of me are red shirting. Hopefully I get to travel. That would be dope!
I got to go to camp cuz I was top 15. We ran 2 miles in Brian head and ate dinner. It's a good time!
We also got all our gear! It's like Christmas in August!

Pm- drove to Navajo lake and ran on a trail there. It was super pretty. I struggled the last few miles. My belly hurt so bad, but I kept going anyways. It was a beautiful trail so it was worth it

| | Drove to a trail they call the marathon run. It was soo pretty and I felt really good until the last hill. I struggle up it but it was ok.
The way out I ran with julieta and Madison. At 4 I stopped to go to the bathroom, and flipped with Morgan cuz julieta Madison and sharley kept going. The way back was good. It seemed to go pretty quick on the back.
It's kinda hard to get into the pace. The mileage isn't a problem, But the pace is quick so that will take some getting used to

| | 7 miles at 50%. We were hauling today. We did the dike and we could either go 6 or 8. I went 6 and then added a mile with danielle on the track. Averaged about a 7:05 the first 6 miles and then slowed down my last mile.
We had our first day of weights today! they were lit. I loved them. Its super nice to have the weights coach to watch everything you do and call out everything. We did RDL's and Squats today. But we didnt do squats with a bar, we did it holding a plate in our arms and its sooo much better. We planked for a while too. Also every lifting day you get free food so thats dope!

| | warm up and them form mile (actually like .75 on the turf), waited a little did a few warmup laps and then started our workout. We had an 80% run today. Its literally just a race. You do two warmup laps and then 3 laps on the track at 6:00 minute pace and then you run to home depot as fast as you can. Its 3 miles total and alllll up hill pretty much. It was very hard and not quite what I was expecting when coach said 80%. He times it and I was about 20:15ish (we subtract for how long we are at the light and i didn't know that). Then once we got to home depot, then we did 3x3 sets of hills. each set is a 10,15,20 second hill sprint. Those weren't too bad. They were actually pretty fun.
Oh boy am I sore. My hamstrings quads calves and butt have never been in so much pain lol. I hope it goes away soon cuz i'm dying. Its super nice that school hasn't started yet cuz I got to take a nap today and it was literally the best nap of my entire life! Ill probably do a shakeout mile tonight.

| | Today at practice was pretty fun! The coaches drafted teams for our road race this friday, and we had a run on our own with our team. Me, Angie, Maddy, Kamryn and Sierra are on Coach Houles team. Im super excited for our race and I'm not sure what we are going to wear, but I am sure our outfits will be beautiful.
Any ways, warmup, .75 of form mile and then 6 miles. We ran a 4 mile loop and then did 2 more cuz sierra went shorter. We didn't kill the pace today so that was also AMAZING because I am sooo unbelieveably sore still. I went and rolled out in the training room and then we had weights. I like weights. we did some more rdl's and squats today. we did them outside cuz the football team pushed back their time and of course we didn't know. The nutrition bar is literally the best thing about weights. I love that place so much

| | Warmup and then drove to the race start and warmed up a mile and did some strides. I started strong and for the first mile I was pretty close to the pack. I fell off the 2nd mile and started picking up ground the last mile and a little bit. I caught a few people and started moving pretty good after 3. I was 10th overall, buuuuttt three of the top girls are redshirting so hopefully I get to travel! Drove back and ran a mile with Kamryn. My ankle is doing this wierd thing and it doesn't hurt when I run, just when I walk and bend it past 90 degrees. Hopefully it gets better shortly. I talked to the trainer about it today and he didn't seem too worried since it doesn't hurt when I'm running and thinks it will be ok! So that's good!

| | SUU INVITE!!! i have been looking forward to this day since i moved here. Me and alison ran to the course before the high school race and that put us at 6.00 and then i ran around a mile at the course. I have missed my pine view team and it was so unbelievably good to see everyone. THe girls ran so good and i was very happy for all of them. I got to talk to roberts and that made me the most amount of happy and scottie ran a very good race for just getting his appendix out. kudos to him because i love him. I love running and i love everyone <3

| | warmup and form .75..Ran a very dope loop, probably my favorite run i have done in cedar, so thats DOPE. Im not sure what it was called but it was very dope! It went on a cute little trail and it was down hill for the first 4 miles, so that was a nice perk. the last 2 miles were a little tougher, but it was fun! then 10 strides after.

| | well, i already wrote this once, but then the wifi turned off so now it will be short. we had a workout. 4x2k's with 1 minute recovery. that was very hard to have so short of a recovery, especially being in the back of the group cuz my recovery was like 30 seconds. the 2nd one was better and the third one was hard. coach pulled me after 3 and i cooled.
there is the dopest thing in the trainers. its like a giant bood pressure thing but for your entire legs! it feels so good and its supposed to help with bloodflow. whoever invented it is a very cool person. and i want to be friends.

After the 60, we did 5xlong hill repeats. They were long and hard and after, my legs felt like noodles. The fastest girls went up to the mountain today, but coach had me stay this time. I am only supposed to go some of the time.

Honestly, probably better than christmas. Averaged an 8:00 minute mile. It was the best cuz my legs are so unbelievably sore. The sorest I have ever been ever and that is not an overstatement.
PS, athlete study hall is the absolute stupidest thing ever. We have to go 8 hours a week and i am running out of things to do. I am already 3 weeks ahead in all 3 of my online classes, and we have only had study hall for one wee. Whats gonna happen when I finish? thats a darn good question

Its a little frusterating becuase I know that I can do 7 repeats, they just might not be quite as fast as the front group. I'll get there though. ran back for a total of 6.

I get to go to riverside this weekend. Me and KaSandra aren't racing in the championship race we are in the open race. Im super excited I get to go, because the race is through an orange grove on packed dirt downhill. So it should be pretty fast!

Then it gets kinda hard, but it doesnt seem too hard because the middle part is so easy. There is like a mile and a half gradual uphill and its tough, but i really like it!

It was really good the first 2.5 miles of my 60. I was going down Main Street and it wasn't hot and I was feeling awesome! Hitting my paces and everything. Then I got to the flip around point. I didn't really how downhill it was in the way out, but it was definitely up hill and SUPER windy the way back. It wasn't as good, but considering the circumstances, it wasn't half bad. One mile Cool and then I packed for Riverside!

| | My piriformus has been super painful. It keeps pinching the nerve in my butt and shooting wierd pain down my legs and up my back. I got a massage yesterday and it made the world of difference. I am going again next monday to make sure everything is worked out.

| | pretty much i have not blogged in like a year. I havent really been able to run lots of miles cuz my piriformis was so tight it was pinching my nerve that runs down your leg and if i moved it would shoot pain down my leg and i couldnlt feel my feet if i sat for a long time or if i ran more that 2 miles. So ive been hovering around 2ish miles for the last couple weeks and doing pool workouts (ew). Ive found the cause though and ive been doing stretches to help it. My right hip is like an inch higher than the other one. Anyways, the last two days i have felt pretty darn good and have been building up mileage again!
For some reason today i was so excited to run. Like more than any other time in my entire life. I dont quite know what the deal was but i was jumping up and down waiting to run. I am so excited to get back into it. Honestly, since i moved here, i haven't had much drive to run. It was harder, i didnt know anyone and it just wasnt Pine View. But all of a sudden all the puzzle pieces seem to fit together. I love cedar, i love running, and i love SUU. Im so hungry to do some great things.
I ran 3.5 miles with alison today! pretty much the best three miles of my entire life. I love running. its the greatest thing of life. it felt lovely today and im excited for tomorrow so i can run some more.

After, I decided to finish my miles and for some reason thought that it wasnt that far to my house, but it was farther than i thought (apparently cedar distance is stuck in my head cuz you can run the distance of cedar in like 6 miles lol) I ended up going 6.5, but i only wanted to go 5. Oh well, i felt really amazing, so im not sad i went the extra miles. Averaged 7:08 minute pace for the 5 miles that i ran by myself.
Definitely on the climb!!! I am so excited to do some great things. For track im gonna bump up the miles. Im now used to the paces of the college way, and i know that more miles works for me, so im gonna try to get up to being able to rotate 8,9,10 for the track season.

| | I went 3 miles today. I am currently sick and felt like grabage so i kept it real short. I woke up and my throat hurt really bad, so i didnt run in the morning.
We went and got our christmas tree up on cedar mountain, and most of the time i just stood there. Thank the heavens it hasnt snowed yet, cuz that would have been awful. Anyways, after we got our tree (which is a beaut by the way), i took a couple hour nap and woke up and felt even worse, so i laid around and watched friends. Then i finally got up and decided to go at least a couple miles. Scottie rode his bike with me. I averaged about a 7:20, which isn't awful.
I got new shoes!! i ordered some at the beginning of the week, but i didnt know when they were gonna come so i ordered them to my st george house just in case, but they havent come yet and im not coming home til christmas... Sooooo, my mom gave me the ones i picked out for christmas, and shes just gonna give me the ones i ordered for myself cuz they are the same shoes. i love them. | | First day of practice as a recommitted runner. We just had a 50% run today. It felt like it wasnt practice tho cuz i had to run by myself. Coach put me in the B group and everyone went like 4 miles except me and kamryn but she didnt run with me. We have 4 days of speed this week and i hopefully can prove myself enough to get back into the A group. It was freaking cold by the end and dark. and it started snowing for a minute. Not gonna lie, im glad it didnt snow for 4 hours like it was supposed to.

| | Day one of four days of speed! We did 3x1000 with 90 second recovery and 3 x400 with 30 second recovery. It felt really really really good! I was on all the paces and led out group most of the workout. I'm ready to kill it! Although, my body is very sore now lol

| | AM- I got up and ran 1.5 miles. i felt kinda tired, but i wanted to go on a shakeout beofore our workout today. I did some good rolling out and some abs as well. Im glad i went, cuz i feel much better.
PM- I got to run with the other group today cuz coach combined us. We did an 80 with hills. Aka the workout I struggle the most with, but I'll get there. I'm glad it was today rather than later this week. I started strong with the group on the 3 laps but started to fall off alot on the way to home Depot. It was decent though I can't complain about it especially since it's the 2nd workout of the week and only the second workout that I've done in a long time and I'm sick. Overall it was decent! The hills were good and hard. My belly kept jiggling on the down hill lol.
Ellie and Dylan came to cedar to eat with me at sushi burrito. It was delicious.

| | Holy canolies. Last night i tried to go to bed early cuz I felt like garbage and I was just drained. Anyways, got in bed and laid there for 2 hours and never fell asleep so watched the Grinch With Sam Max and Josh. Quality movie.
I went to the physical therapist today in St George this morning, so no mornjng mileage. He is a good guy and I really liked him. It's the same one addi goes to and she likes him alot.
Today's workout was a 70% run and I honestly felt amazing. I was super nervous for it cuz I slept awful last night and it was the third workout. We did a mile warm and then we were supposed to do 2 miles on the track at 6:45-6:25 pace. Kamyn and Sarah were hauling at the beginning so I just let them do their thing and was patient. I hit 96 every lap except the 6th one I hit 94. I felt really strong and solid and kept a solid pace the whole time. I really hope I can move up to the A group soon. They are a teensy bit in front me, but I've been solid every workout this week and I'm the only one in the B group to have done all the workouts. Patience is key I just gotta keep doin what I'm doin

| | AM- Well, I was told today was 50% with pickups but that was false information. We actually did a mile warm, 60% with 30 second pickups every 90 seconds for 5 Miles. I actually did really well though! I stayed with the main group of girls solidly for 3.5 Miles. From 3.5-4 I started falling off a little, and my last mile, my pickups were a little non existent but I kept a solid pace and pretty darn good. Mile cool down. Only 6 girls did the whole thing and I was one of them! Hallelujah! 4 days of speed is done!!
Also, coach told me that my workout yseterday was great and that i should probably be jumping to the faster group soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which also means, that i hopefully will get to travel to the first meet after the break.

| | On Friday after and during our workout, my Achilles was very tender and I woke up Saturday to run and it killed. I made it to the end of the street and flipped. I iced and did some other workout stuff and drove home to get my straussburg sock. Hopefully i caught it soon enough that it goes away ASAP.

| | easy 5 this morning. I felt kinda sluggish and my pace was kinda slow. It was so cold and my face felt like it was gonna fall off. Can it be summer already? haha. I'll probably go a couple more later in the day.

| | 6 miles with Alison. We ran down toward the hospital, looped by canyon view and then back. My achilles felt really good through 4.5 miles and then it started to feel kinda tender. Alison threw up. It was gross. It was also freeeeezing again today.
I have no assignments due for the rest of this week and only one final next week and it isnt even comprehensive. As long as I get 25/50 on it, i will still get an A lol. Next semester is going to kill me when I have to do real work with actual classes, not to mention the team will be traveling almost every weekend for the entire semester (I really hope i get to go). We'll see how this goes. ALSO I have nutrition with Julieta which is DOPE! Im excited about that.

| | My goodness, I slept a lot last night again and it was amazing. I ran at 4:00 with Angie, Morgan and Julieta. My body was tired and I hacked up a lung. I was sick last week and now it’s just kinda the lingering tiredness and annoying cough that never goes away. We did cross hollows and it was freezing. I thought my face was going to fall off. Rolled out and stuff in the trainers and then I did some abs when I got home.
SUU won the basketball game. It was a fun one to watch :)

| | Last night I was just sleeping my night away and at like 1:30 Alison came and knocked on my door and said there was someone on the back deck outside her window. Apparently it sounded like an old man, but she was too scared to look. Itsketched me out a little but i feel like it was probably the freshman boys being stupid.
AM- 2 miles really easy this morning. My legs were feeling really pooped this morning. It was a good shakeout though
PM- 6 with julieta angie and sharlie. we did canyon and i felt wayyy better than this morning. If my run this afternoon was as tiring as this morning i think i would have cried.
On my way home from my run i stopped to get gas and locked my keys in the car so that waas eventful. I thought my face was going to fall off from embarassment mixed with freezing.

| | Im supposed to take the day off for my achilles. It is also probably good that I have to take the day off cuz i keep feeling better and then i run and my cough comes back and KILLS me.
I cleaned our kitchen today, and if i do say so myself, it is pretty darn amazingly clean. No one, actually one induvidual imparticularly, is allowed in there cuz they keep cookinng steak in our freaking kitchen and then he goes home and leaves a mess.
I should be studying for my only final, but i have no motivation to study at this present moment so im taking a blogging break.

| | one more day of no miles. I did some abs and another workout thing.
We had our team party and we did a white elephant. I brought 2 gold fish and Linnea got them! She even bought them a tank and rocks and food.
KaSandra got a cat and it is very cute.

| | well, today was an interesting morningish run. me and alison went and i felt awful. I could not breathe for anything cuz my nose was running like crazy, and my legs were struggling to move. Then I got a gnarly bloody nose so thats cool. i didnt really wanna stop so i just ran home. Good thing i didnt wear white lol
Did a good ab workout and a just sweat workout on just dance. It wasnt very hard lol but it was fun.
Pm- I ran 2 miles down main street with allll the lights on and it was so pretty. Apparrently macey and her friends do it every year so i went with them. Alison came too and it was a good time.
I was in the weirdest dancing mood and danced the night away. I also drove max's stick car and it was so fun. I like his alot. I want an old jeep i decided.
I also packed up my whole house and i literally fit everything i own in my car and i am so impressed with my packing abilities cuz i have ALOT of stuff. I am excited to move into a less crappy house, but real sad that i am not living with Sam and Sierra anymore. Wherever they live is the social gathering house and now i will not live in it anymore.
I also went bowling and some crazy stuff happened on my last frame and my score got all messed up. i apparently only bowled a 93, but that was a lie, it should have been a 115 which is a bowling PR for me. Me and Josh and Jiraa and Max won and the other team had to buy us ice cream.
Also, on the way to get ice cream, christian was being christian and was driving very scarily and he almost hit us. And i said " i hope he gets pulled over" and not even a minute later, there he was pulled over on the side of the road and it was slightly funny.

| | Am- 5 Miles easy. Averaged 7:15 and it felt great! Some nice guy honked and waved at literally everyone that was outside this morning and it was a little funny. I ran past Colton’s house and up past Sullivan. That hill used to kill me and it wasn’t even bad so that’s good. Also a dumb song called follow your arrow was stuck in my head the whole time and it was annoying. Abs after

We ran towards green springs and on the way back some lady’s car died and needed help pushing it. she was a very stubborn and difficult person to work with and it was making me very angry. Anyways, we pushed her car out of the freeway exit up to the chevron gas station and then ran back to get jumper cables. When we got back, she was gone. Hopefully that means she got help

AM- 3.75 with scottie before his school. I was freezing!! also, I havent woken up at 6:00 in who knows how long. Also, the stars were out which was dope. I miss good ol chats with scottie.
Last night I went to my room to chill cuz everyone was driving me a little nuts, and i fell asleep for 3 hours and then woke up at 11:30 and couldnt sleep for like an hour. hate it when that happens.
PM- 6.25 with the girls and Robs at pracitce. It was very fun to get to go and run with them again and im SUPER happy Roberts was there. I miss running with him everyday. We ran a little on the track and then we ran some laps on the grass. 7:50 average
Ooh, i did some abs again. I’m trying to build a habit of doing at least something. Today was just some planks
I watched an entire season of friends today and also did a puzzle for 5 hours. That’s what happens apparently when all of everyone is at school and my parents are at work

| | Well, I decided to run to the high school and then add miles with the team. I felt real good and they were solid miles. Mitchell and brynlee drove passed and screamed at me so that was cool. Also I biffed it hardcore on my run and it was very slow motion and now my chin hurts.
I went to Dairy Queen with Bayless and Alli. That was a fun time. I miss them a lot. Bayless also showed me his dog and it attacked me.

I’m real sad cuz I’ve been putting wayy to much blood sweat and tears into this dumb puzzle and when I got back from my run, scottie had dumped the whole thing all over the floor and now I pretty much have to start over. yay
PM- one of those runs to get out all my frustration. Just short cuz I have jumped mileage a lot this week so I chilled it out today. My aunt Kathy made cinnamon rolls and I had one and they were sooo good

| | 6 Miles at chuckwalla with Roberts and ell and jace and add and alli. That’s my favorite trail and I’m real glad we did it. We looped up to the lookout and around. It was about 4.5 so I added a mile and a half up the paved trail afterward. It was cold and crisp but felt so lovely.
2.75 Miles with scottie in the evening. Nice and chill. It’s nice that ellie and Scottie run miles at different times so I can go with both of them!
I got my oil changed today and literally the exact mile I was supposed to get it change at, I pulled into Paxman auto! It was so dope and I’m very impressed with myself.

| | 10 miles with mi padre this morning. We drove out past the boulevard distribution center and ran alll the way Home. It honestly felt really good and we averaged 7:19 so that’s dope. I’m now real tired, but it’s been a great week of mileage I finally have gotten back up to where I wanna be. Now I just gotta add speed and be smart and stay healthy
Our washing machine broke yesterday so we have to go buy one today

| | MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
AM- 5.5 with Dad and El. We did the Atkin loop. At first I felt a little sluggish but by the end I felt great and did a quick finish on my own. Christmas runs are the best, you don’t even have to stop to the cross the road cuz no one is out in the morning
I got a NEW WATCH!!! The vivoactive 3. It is white and beautiful and amazing and it does so much stuff that I have no idea how to work, but nonetheless it is the best watch I ever did own.
Also, Santa brought us hot chocolate candy canes and at first they sounded disgusting, and I never thought I’d say this, but they are sooo good!!
PM- 1.5 home from my grandparents to get in a few more miles. We are going to play ultimate and I’m pumped cuz we haven’t played for a while and I love that game

| | AM- 7.75 Miles. Quite the run considering we lost a 1/4 of the party and couldn’t find them. Anyways, it was a decent run. We ran out on the dam road and did a slowish tempo for 15 minutes at about 6:50 pace.
My butt is VERY sore from our very intense game of ultimate yesterday, but my team won so it was worth it. We were winning 5-1 and then the other team somehow got ahead 10-5 and we caught up and won 12-11. It was liiit

| | So the HS girls planned a run and I went with el, but no one showed up except for us two. We ended up doing roller coasters which I am definitely ok with cuz I love that run. My legs were real tired today and we went slow so that was nice. We also saw Jose on the river trail when we added on after!

| | I had a very hard time wanting to get out and run today so I just put it off all day. But by the time I finally got out at 7:30 I felt really good!! I ran with Ellie and I just did her workout with her. 60 minutes and 1,1,2,1,3 minute pickups. We ran up the road past Sullivan and up telegraph to Hart’s and flippped. My calves got really really tight about half way and my feet started feeling like your face does when you have a cavity and they numb you and then it starts to unnumb. Ellie made me loosen my shoes and it felt wayyy better, I guess I didn’t realize how tight they were. We made it about 7.5 and then I added on after to make 8.00
I became a ping pong pro today! I played all the day.
I also got the hiccups this morning and they didn’t go away til I ran (apparently that’s the cure I’ve been looking for all my life) but they came back when I stopped
OOH!! Also we went to THE GREATEST SHOWMAN and it was SOOOOOOO GOOOD! I very much enjoyed it. The best part is when Helen is a tree. Me and El busted up. Plus Zac Efron is real cool

| | 10 miles with my dad again. We ran from past boulevard warehouse through Hell hole and to my house. It was a good run
Drove to payson and am staying with Alison. We went ice skating and I biffed it 2 times and it was very cold and wet and everyone laughed at me. It was a good time
We went to the UVU New Years party with some people from the team and it was seriously so fun. I have never gone so hard at a dance or party and it was liit. My whole body hurts
