10 minutes//1 mile of a little more warm cuz they took forever!
Then the 800 it was real hard I started real good and had a real good 410 and then I died but now I know for next time. I'm not sure my time

| | Am- best Long run ever! 80 minutes and 2x15 minute tempos in the middle. I felt so good the whole time and led most of the pickups so that was fun! I think it was the most we have ever spread apart on a long run though. 10 miles total.
Pm- 20 minutes in the school cuz rain and hail and lightning! It was lit! We sang the whole time and it was the best run ever!

Pm- hurried after school as quick as I could to the hells so I could watch the 1600, they did real good! Then we did our run. 45 minutes and i dont know how many miles. Then I hurried and left and then went back for a little.
Shout out to mitch for getting his mission call to El Salvador and Belize. He is so cool and gonna be a great missionary

| | 60 minutes total. 15 minutes and then chill. 15 warm and then the 800. I was much more satisfied with it this week than last week. I got 2:27, which was 6 seconds faster than last week! It was wayyy windy though, so that was real dumb. Overall, good meet. Cooled to time.

| | 75 minutes//9.2 miles best run ever! I felt so good the whole time. We did the parkway loop. We did 5 minute tempo at tempo pace and then a 10 minute tempo at cv pace. We also had 5x30 second hills. Seriously the best run ever!

Pm- 55 total 4x1600 was real windy. It was fun tho. My split was 5:39, which is pretty decent
3200 was awesome, we were supposed to pace caroline and Addi to make them qualify. Caroline killed it! She did great! I felt really good too I thought I had a PR, but I didn't by .07 seconds but that was after another race, so I can't complain!!

Am- 63 minutes//7 miles of awesomeness. Such a good workout. 15 warm and then 2x(2,4,8,4,2) i felt so good especially at the end. My legs felt good :)
