| | 20 minutes today. My legs were pretty painful today, hopefully it was just from weights!

| | 20 warm and then the dreaded, yet oddly satisfying root beer mile. Loads of root beer, fun?, and barf. First girl @ 9:12!!! Then cooldown for 5. 35ish total.

| | 35 minutes. I ran 16 minute warm and then I did the first 4 one minute CV of the workout. Then I cooled down. My legs felt good, but started to tighten up after the 3rd one. So I did one more and stopped cuz I didn't want to lose all the progress I have made so far. Happy to have gotten to do at least part of a workout though!!

| | 45 minutes. Ran a trail in tontaquint. We got lost but it was fun and slow. It was really pretty out there. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Did the whole run part but no striders

| | Biked to Sullivan and up telegraph and did the hells hole loop down the trail. Then back to my house. Biking isn't very much as fun as running

| | 4.9 and 45 minutes. Today marks the first day in a looooong time that I have done a whole complete run with the girls team. It was very large step in a good direction. Ellie rolled me out and I thought I was gonna die.

| | 35 minutes and 4.15 miles I did 10 min warm and then 5 minutes of easy tempo. With 4x400s at tempo pace and then cool down. I felt pretty good on the 400s and then started to cool. I was planning to jump back in the last couple but my hamstring tightened up and so I stopped

| | 60 minutes//7ish miles ran to old mans and did 2x2 80 second hills with a rest in between. I felt so good today! And then ran back. I did all the minutes And it was very fun!

| | 65 minutes. Ran with elbell and it was a pretty darn good run! My legs didn't even hurt at all! The whole time was real good. We ran out the way to warner valley and back. It was real fun!

| | 76 minutes at the rim trail in hurricane. It was a decent run except for when I tried to flip early and I got lost and ended up running the amount of time I was supposed to. I guess I apparently was supposed to go 76 minutes. Anyways, it was a beautiful run

| | I did the whole workout today. 10 warm, 5 tempo. 2 sets of 4x400 and 800 all with equal recovery. I felt real good the first set. After the 800, my legs kinda tightened up but got looser as we started again. At the end of the last 800 they tightened a TON!! I didn't do the striders at the end and just cooled for a while. We'all see how they feel tomorrow. Oh I hope the loosen up. I iced and rolled and rolled and rolled some more. I dont know what else to do. 65 minutes total.

| | 40 minutes. Much better run than yesterday. My legs felt good. Shout out to mckenna for coming to run! She's a beast and a good time. I didn't do striders, just the run and added 5 minutes around the track with roberts

| | Ran to staheli farms to watch Scottie race. He did real good and got 2nd. Then I ran to Sullivan and met with the girls and did the last few miles with them. 60 minutes total. Also I saw alli Jo! Also, the girls did real good!! :)

30 minutes 3.25 miles. Ran the 100 today in 13.65. Did the shotput 16'2" and long jumped 6inches

30 minutes to sandbergs. I stink at high jump and I ran the 400 in 73.
