Ran our warmup and normally I don’t count that as mileage but I am. And then 5 minutes!
Bike for an hour.
Pool workout of the day: 5 min warm, 5x4:00 3x3:00 2x1:00 all with 1 min recovery. Actually a fun pool workout. Me Koy max and Sarah talked to Paul while he walked up and down the side about Star Wars and lots of movies. It was a good day :) 50 minutes total :))

| | 1.5 miles and 90 minutes on the bike. It was awful today. I was on the stupid bike that the seat randomly falls down and scares the poop out of me.

| | 100 minutes on the bike. 1 mile cuz no running warmup today, just 10 extra on the bike. Feeling real good today. It feels so good to be doing something again. I missed being sore lol. I just feel like a useless waste of space with nothing to do when I sit and do nothing.

| | Meeting with coach and figured a bunch of stuff out so that’s good. 5 minutes of running and then weights. I can’t do a lot of lower body cuz I’m not allowed yet so that’s annoying so I did what I could. Then 40 on the bike and 50 minutes in the pool at 60%

| | 10 minutes of running!!! I didn’t run the last 2 days cuz I went to the pt and did these exercises and it made my butt hurt again but it is feeling a lot better. I think it just made it way sore but I didn’t wanna risk anything.

| | its been quite the productive day actually! i did my laundry and washed the dished and cleaned my room and did alot of studying and went on my ten minute run and showered and did some more home work.
My 10 minute run was lovely. the weather is great (the weather is so so bipolar here and its annoying)
Last night i was just chillin watching a movie and max told me to hurry up and come to the foam dance cuz it was "lit". well he was a liar and just wanted me to show up and i showed up and there was maybe 50 people there, and that is being generous. it was the stupidest dance of my entire life. so me and max and josh hung out and it was actually so fun. probs one of my best nights of college.

10 minutes of running. I know its only 10 minutes, but it is feeling much easier to run again.

45 minutes in the pool- 7 minute warm, 3x4 minutes, 3x2:30, 2x90 seconds, cool.

| | i hiked 10ish miles with sarah today. idk how far it actually was cuz we started from a house not the trailhead.
50 minutes of the pool with maximus. it was the best day of pool in my entire life. it was so so fun. we just swam and talked and laughed way too much but it was a good time. 10x3:00 with 60 second recovery
