| AM 8. 3 deer. Felt good all run
Lunch- 15 people for frisbee. I had 2 drops but played well otherwise, including a few great dives/slides that left me scrapped up on my right side. Once the grass is dormant, sliding on it is more painful than during summer. My team won 5-3.

| PM- Paris Mountain. Aaron and Seth ran for the first 30 minutes, then peeled off leaving Merle and I for the remainder. I felt ok but was moving slowly and kicking rocks a lot. Still fun. It started drizzling just as we finished, which quickly became a strong storm. We finished at the perfect time.

| AM- 7. Saw a runner on the trails, which is very rare. Didn't see any turkeys or deer until the end when I was at the buildings at the end and a couple flew by.
Lunch- frisbee. The other team tried a zone defense, and, for the first time ever, my team repeatedly broke the zone. We won 5-2.

| AM- 10. 5 or 7 deer, no people. Pretty slow, 8:15-ish pace.

| AM- It was around 40 deg and supposed to rain, but I still went outside. Nice 8 miles on GE trails, which is where I run every morning these days. Moving faster than the rest of this week. 3 deer.
Lunch- In 36 deg temps with windchill in the high 20's and with a wintry snow/slush/rain mix falling from the sky, 9 of us were adventurous to play ultimate frisbee. It was a blast. We had one of the players switching sides- each time the team with 5 people scored, she went to the other side. My team won 5-3, scoring the last 2 points while down a person. Sweet.

| AM- 5 miles in a great snowstorm with non-stop huge flakes falling. I caught many in my mouth. I know this is normal in cold states, but rare here, and I loved it. Slow pace, 9 min start, 8:20 finish. It's my first 60 mile week in 18 months.
