| AM- I'm intentionally doing a recovery week with lower miles. Felt good but only ran 6 miles instead of tacking on the typical 8+. 5 deer, plus 1 runner right at the start of the trail.
Lunch- 7v7. My team got our butt kicked during the warmup, with lots of unforced errors. Finally got it together and won 5-3 for the official game, even though I'd say the other team was better overall. Blustery wind plus sub-par play overall made for a bit of a sloppy day. My throwing was especially rancid today. Oh well, still won.

| AM- 6 easy. 7 or so deer, 1 person. I need to learn his name, as he's the only one I see on the trails in the morning.
Lunch- frisbee on a windy day. 5v4, with my team having the extra person buy losing 5-0. It was painful.
I'm having sleep issues again. I haven't had more than 5 hours of sleep in 2 or 3 weeks, and often only get 3 hours. I'm awake most mornings before 5 am, often before 4 am. I'm tired. And stressed. I didn't get home Monday from work till 7:30, and I didn't get home last night from all my obligations until almost 9:30. I'm getting worn out.

| I decided to make my easy week very easy, so no morning run.
Lunch- 16 people at frisbee. My team kept making unforced errors. We lost 5-2 and I think we were lucky it was that close. Then 10 of us did second game. My team was down 2-0 but then scored 3 straight for the win.
