| Lunch- back at work, back to frisbee. Stormy, so a few minutes of hard rain, quite a bit of drizzle, but still had 15 people. We lost 5-3, which is pretty good since I'd saw we were outgunned in terms of good throwers.

| One of my most pathetic workouts ever. Planned to run 8-10 miles. My legs and whole body immediately let me know that wasn't happening. Aborted the run and ended up a slow bike ride for 30 minutes. Pretty pathetic- just very tired. Not sure how much of today was coming back from a week sick and not working out, general tiredness, and the low cal diet catching up to me. Either way, not a day to remember. At least not for any amazing workout reasons.

| AM- planned run of 8 miles was a bit painful at the start (lower back soreness?) but I got into a groove. 8 turned into 10 turned into 11. Steady and slow, 8:00 pace. Felt good to feel good running. I'll take it.

| I was supposed to go to Paris Mtn for the first time since October, but my shingles is acting up and I've got something very swollen and hard at the top of my left thigh. Not sure if it's a lymph node or what, but it hurts. Plus, I ended up having a long day at work, almost 11 hrs. I did get a run at the very end of the day. I was thinking I'd have to bike due to my leg but ended up doing 6 miles. Felt ok.

| AM- wanted an hour but felt pretty bad so it looked doubtful. General fatigue plus signs of my shingles coming back didn't make it fun. But I got 8 miles, all 8:15 pace or thereabouts.

| No workout. My shingles nerve pain has come back, and wearing slacks for work rubs my scabs constantly, so they are not healing and infected, with a super swollen lymph node near my thigh/groin makes walking or running or bending my leg painful. So no workour today. Tomorrow doesn't look good, either.
I really don't like shingles.

| Lunch- went to work at lunch just so I could play frisbee. Nice day of 7v7 with almost no wind, though first hot day of the year (80+ deg). Even battle, my team won 5-2, then 5v5 game won 3-1.

| Lunch- back in town after a long weekend in Vegas. First lunch run with the guys in 6+ months. Felt bad the first mile but then perked up and felt fine. 10 miles.

| Lunch- frisbee. Pretty warm, humid day, but minimal wind. They had me switch to the other team halfway through cause we were killing them. My new team ended up winning 5-3. I played pretty well- a couple bad throws, but generally on target for Def, catching, scoring, and throwing. Afterwards, a few of us were mutually complaining on having to cover some of the other players who we categorize in the "runners" class, all of us fit, sprinting all over the field. We pretty much all agreed that we all hate covering each other cause we have to run so much. Fun, even game today.
