| AM- 9 miles. Training all week at work, with my whole team from across the country in town. That means 40 hours of training and then a number of hours of work after. I've generally not been getting home from work until 7 pm or later many nights, and this will likely continue. Too busy.

| AM 7 miles with a group of coworkers who are in town for the week of training. Kinda slow, but not too bad. I think I did about 70 minutes, so probably 7-7.5 miles.

| AM left for work at 6:15 am. Ran 76 min w Jim and Jason first- nice temps. Call it 9.5 miles. Then work, then stayed late to work on church talk (too noisy at home). Left work at 9:30 pm. One of those days.

| AM- only had time for 6 before work. Saw the turkey, the turned me around. I was in a pretty bad mood- I was daring the turkeys on the GE track to get in the way, cause I was willing to give one a kick in the head if needed. I think they could sense my mood and wisely ran out of the way.

| Slept less than 3 hrs. Gaaah, this is going to kill me. Now I'm moderating iRunFar Hardrock discussion board for 4 hours, then watch the kids all morning/afternoon as Marci does youth temple trip. Somewhere in there I need a nap and to finish writing my sacrament talk for tomorrow.
