Nasty rainy day outside so ran inside on my new TM.  Much better than the old one and glad to have the option of running inside on days like today.  Felt pretty good today but just ran easy.

Cold day out this morning and very windy.  Ran on the TM and felt good.  New TM is working out good.  Still not crazy about the TM but glad I have the option on days like today.

Ran the Drumstick Dash with my daughter.  It was cold (26) and snowing but we had a great time.  She has not been running lately because of college but did a great job.  We just crusied along between 9:30 and 10:00 pace.  It was great getting out with her before having Thanksgiving at the house.  Happy Thanksgiving.
