It has been a long time since I have been keeping up on the blog. I have just had a busy time in my life and other things have taken priority. I have been running some but not nearly what I would consider normal. Just about 3 or 4 miles about 3 or 4 days a week. Just enough to not totally lose my conditioning. I am starting to get back into a more consistent routine and hope I can continue this.
Did an easy 5 miles today and felt pretty good. It was a really nice morning and enjoyed being out on such a great day. I didn't wear the watch and just ran by feel.
