AM 2x3 mile workout with 1 mile rest between. Splits were 6:17, 6:02, 6:13 (6:11 avg) and 6:28, 6:40, 6:35 (6:35 avg). Not a very good workout. I was fine on the first set but then prior to the second I had stomach problems. When I did get going I didn't feel well (dizzy). Route was not entirely flat. On the second set I just tried to keep a decent pace.
Right foot is giving me some trouble. The part right below the ankle on the inside swells up on me during the day. It's a bit painful when I start running but seems to get a bit better after a few miles.
