AM 3.55 total of run/walk. I’ll call it 1.75 of running (jog). Been off of running for 7 weeks now. Need to see how my back/hip respond.
AM similar to yesterday. Jogged/walked 4 total. I’ll call it 1.75 of running/jogging.
AM Similar to the last few days, but this time on the TM. I'm not super encouraged by how my lower back/left hip feel after the little running I've done this week, but I'll continue to give it a bit.
AM swam 3225 yards and 55 minutes
AM 50 minutes of jogging/walking. Did a total of 4.25. I’ll call it 2.25 of running.
AM swam 3150 yard and about 53 min. Then went to spin class.
