17.0 in 2:05:04. Avg pace 7:21. Started at 6:00 am and went up and down Provo Canyon. This was one of the best training runs I've had. I wanted to push the pace a bit, and it just so happened that I felt really good. Hit the turn around point at just under 8 min pace and then I flew back down the canyon. For my own future reference my splits from mile 10-17 were: 7:10, 6:27, 6:46, 6:44, 6:50, 6:53, 6:36, 6:29. Great, great run for me. Two weeks to TOU. Will try and scale back a bit this week and hit between 50-55 miles and then the next week I will really scale back. Legs felt good today and hopefully the taper will help them feel even better for the marathon. Will go lift for a bit today.
