AM Met at Orem soccer fields. Got in about .5 before the group arrived. Did 10 up the canyon (avg about 7:20) and 10 down, with a little bit extra added on. Pretty much hit every split on the way down between 6:20-6:35, which is exactly where I wanted it today.
Legs have not felt good all week, and that was even with taking Wednesday off and backing off on the mileage. Hopefully they feel better this week.
