AM 20 on the Murdoch Trail (flat) from Scott's house with Mike, Matt and Reed. The plan was to do a 4 mile warm-up and then 4-3-2-1 with 1-.75-.5 rests inbetween. Splits were: 6:22, 6:20, 6:22, 6:20 then 6:11, 6:14, 6:15 then 6:16, 6:21 and finally 6:21.
The 4 and 3 mile reps were perfect, but then I just couldn't go any faster on the 2 and 1 mile reps. This was a killer workout though and I gave it a good effort. Totally wasted afterwards. Good run.
