AM Walked 3 miles.  My left hip/lower left side of back was the most sore it's been yesterday morning after my run.  I probably need to shut things down for a bit and see if I can get things better.

Noon walked about 1.5 miles during lunch.

PM walked about 2.6 miles in the evening.
