AM 3 mile warm-up. Then 6x.5 at 10k pace (6:53-6:58) with 2 min jog inbetween. Then 2x.5 at 5k pace (6:35-6:39) wtih 90 sec jog inbetween. Cooled down. Did this on the TM.
AM 18.45 on the TM. Hopefully I don't have to do to many more of these long ones on the TM. I got through this one better than expected but they are mentally draining.
