AM 6.75 on the TM
AM 5.2 on the TM.
AM 8.25 on the TM. Warmed up for 20 min and then did 40 min at between 7:00-7:20 pace, which is a pretty good workout for me right now.
AM 3.5 on the TM. Not much time but wanted something.
AM 6.05 on the TM
AM 12 at 8:15 pace from marks house. Went to smiths mktplace and back.
Early PM 6.3 slow miles on the TM.
