AM Started at 5:40 at the Orem soccer fields and went about 10.25 up the canyon and back.  Basically did a tempo from the top down to where I hit mile 18 where I stopped my watch at 2:11:17 (7:17 avg pace).  Then I cooled down back to the car.  Good run for me.  Felt pretty good except for the bad air due to the fires.
