AM 21.5 in just over 2:52:00 (8:02 pace). Went 10 miles north and back. Added a bit at the end. I had to be ultra cautious cause i didn't want to get myself in trouble due to the humidity. I wore my water belt just to be safe. Hit the 10 mile mark at just over 1:23:00. Picked them the pace up on the way back to around 7:30s. Did surprisingly well on the run and could have kept going, but I'm glad I got it done.
