AM 1.75 warm up and then 4xhalf mile at 10k pace and then 4xhalf mile at 5k pace. I was doing the workout outside and so I basically just went off effort. The 10k effort was around 6:40-6:45 pace and the 5k effort was around 6:25-6:30 pace. Cooled down for about 1.5.
