AM woke up to go meet the crew to do the workout but the wind scared me away. Ended up going to the treadmill which didn't sound fun at all. Did 2.65 warmup and then did 1km on/1km off for 10k. The "ons" were between 6:05-6:20 and the "offs" were between 6:35-6:53. Cooled down for 3.35. Overall it went okay. I don't feel comfortable running below 6:30s on the treadmill. I feel like I'm going to fall off. I feel like I could have done this workout better outside, but at least I got a pretty solid effort in.
