For my own record - yesterday morning the pain in my chest was to a point where I had to do something. Ended up going to the ER where they did an EKG, chest X-ray, and some blood work. The EKG seemed to indicate pericarditis which is inflammation in the lining around the heart. All other tests looked normal. They prescribed 600mg of ibuprofen twice a day and some additional medicine that they typically use to treat gout all in an effort to reduce the inflammation. No exercise until all the symptoms are gone which I'm fine with as I just want the pain in my chest to go away and to be able to sleep normally at night.  They aren't entirely sure how this happens although it's thought to be virus based. They tested me for Corona but thought it was pretty low on the list of causes.

Hi Melanie. How the heck are you? How is your running going? I hope you are staying healthy and pounding out the miles.

Hey! I’m healthy now trying to get back into running. I tore my hamstring tendon 40 percent right after AF half last year. It almost required surgery. I had PRP done and zero running for 4 long months😐 I missed ST George it was hard. My December my 2 nd MRI showed it had healed enough to start the run walk program. But no speed for 6 months . It’s been a long road. I got a good 56 miles in this week. I’m slowly getting faster but I may never get back. I love running and glad I can still get out. Hope you get better soon!
