| Knee is still improving, less painful but still has a sharp "twinge" if I move wrong. Hopefully that is is minor and will recover over the next month.

| Went into the office today for the first time since tweaking my knee. By midday it was getting really sore from not being able to elevate/ice it a bit more like I did last week.
Got home and iced/elevated/massaged to help it stop aching.
