820am - overcast, mid 50's, pretty big winds out of SSE. the wind was annoying at times but the temps were just right and no rain.
it's been ten and a half months since i last ran at least 10 miles

| | 7 miles - treadmill - 2 mi wu, then 20 x 1 min on/off (gmp) left me about 3/4 miles for cooldown. great way to pass time on the hamster wheel

PM - 3 miles - lobster loop - there was a break in the weather and i was feeling energetic so i took an early lunch run

| | 4 miles - lobster loop - had a homeless woman run with me for about 30 seconds inquiring if i had been overweight at some point in my life and if i had a bad back. she'd had some sort of wager going with her boyfriend about me - i told her that i was about 30 pounds heavier a decade ago, and my back was fine. i must say she ran with pretty decent form.
